The National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs, Inc. (NOMOTC) was founded in 1960 for the purpose of promoting the special aspects of child development which relate specifically to multiple birth children.
NOMOTC is a network of some 475 local clubs representing over 21,000 individual parents of multiples -- twins, triplets and quadruplets. NONOTC's goal is to improve public awareness of the needs of multiple birth children by fostering development of local support groups, enhancing the quality of educational materials available to parents, educators and others and by cooperating with and participating in research projects which involve twins and/or their families. NOMOTC is a non-profit corporation funded by dues, donations and grants.
